Annual Publication and Database on
Bibliometric Indicators of Indian Science 

Objectives:

 F    To generate indicators for Indian Science in the form of

¨      a series of annual reports which will facilitate closer monitoring of scientific outputs, impact factors and

¨      a ready means of comparative evaluation of national output vis-à-vis other nations, states, sectors, or institutions.

F     To create a database for ten years to map trends and try to find if there are underlying correlation of performance. 

Useful to the policy makers & planners, decision makers,
researchers, students, R&D etc. 

Interested Institutions, organizations, registered societies, professional &
industrial associations, GOI departments, universities, etc.
may submit  their proposals to NISSAT/ DSIR.
